Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, we offer a 60-day return policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 60 days without providing any reasons.
The withdrawal period is 60 days from the day you or a third party designated by you,
who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) informing us of your decision to revoke this contract.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
(with the exception of additional costs that arise from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed upon with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day,
to inform us about the cancellation of this contract, to return or hand it over to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Opened or already used products – especially cosmetics, serums, creams, and other personal care items – are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
Returns of already opened products are generally not accepted. If the customer still wishes to return opened goods to us, we are entitled to dispose of them for hygienic reasons. A return to the customer will only be made at the customer’s explicit request and solely if the customer covers the shipping costs.
