Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
the person who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods or. hat.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g.. by letter, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs.
(except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than our offered lowest-cost standard delivery),
immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof,
that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day,
to inform us about the withdrawal from this contract, to return or hand over to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Opened or already used products—especially cosmetics, serums, creams, and other skincare products—are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

Returns of already opened products are generally not accepted. If the customer still returns opened goods to us, we are entitled to destroy them for hygiene reasons.. A return to the customer will only be made upon explicit request and solely at the customer’s expense for shipping costs.
